Looks great but a bit difficult to hangSusanThis frame is attractive and well made, but the hanger is nearly an inch away from the wall. With its weight, you need at least a two inch nail or screw to hang it. Otherwise, it's great for the price.4

Quality is cheap FatimaI been buying the same frames for years . Now is not glass is plastic and the clips to hold the pictures almost all of them fall When I open them to hole the picture. Very disappointed of how the quality have change . 2

You cannot hang these on the wall with the stock hardwareElizabethThe hardware that IKEA includes on the back of the frame renders it impossible to hang up. No hook will reach the toothed bracket. Don't bother listening to the IKEA support reps responding to similar troubled reviews. What they recommend won't work. To make matters worse, you can't screw in a D-ring hardware kit to the frame as the screws will split the cheap composite (not wood) frame. I don't know what to do but this frame is useless if you're trying to hang it on the wall. 1

Wrong measurementsSilviaI got this frame a few years ago and I liked it. I needed two more in 16x20 size for the same room and wanted the frames to match. On the site, it says that with the mat, the frame fits a photo sized 12x16. When I received my 12x16 prints, they were a little too large for the frame with the mat, so some of the print was cut off. I measured the mat and it is closer to 11.5”x15.5” rather than 12x16. Now I have prints that are slightly too large for the frame with the mat. Wish the measurement description was accurate so I could order the right sizes for the prints. It’s just annoying because I can’t return the prints, so I have to return the frame even though I like the frame. 2

Broken Product - Don’t waste your time. KelseyMy picture frame was great for 3 days. Before it fell off the wall because the top piece of fake wood came unnattached. They don’t make them like they used to. Cheap plastic instead of glass inside the frame and cork instead of real wood. I wonder how they were able to make their products more “affordable”…1

Discontinued? SusanWe went to IKEA specifically to purchase more of these frames for a wall display. I was surprised to see signs indicating that this frame design was being discontinued. The selection of sizes was limited, and I ended up purchasing several to match what I had. This is a classic design and reasonably priced.4
